Digital dashboard access
Once paid access is successfully activated and the digital service is made available, purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where RankMint confirms a duplicate charge or technical failure that prevented access.
Failed or duplicate payments
If money is debited but access is not activated, contact RankMint with the registered email, phone number, payment ID and transaction screenshot. Verified duplicate payments should be reviewed for reversal.
Personal counselling services
Any separate counselling package must clearly state deliverables, schedule and refund or cancellation terms before payment.
